Reduced anxiety

I have been dealing with autonomic imbalance and premenstrual syndrome in my 40s, which caused palpitations, fatigue, and mood swings. Though I have combined it with other supplements, the improvements I’ve experienced are substantial. I feel more clear-headed and am considering stopping medication as the supplements seem better for me.

I combine multiple supplements including Yogi Tea and Lecithin. Overall, they aid with premenstrual syndrome and alleviate monthly discomfort. While I can’t pinpoint what specifically helps, I noticed significant well-being improvements three weeks after starting treatment.

Rashes cleared up
Just super! I can’t manage in powder form; capsules are a lifesaver. I use it to cleanse my liver, and the rashes I had during premenstrual syndrome are gone.
Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) is a collection of physical, emotional, and behavioral symptoms that many women experience in the days leading up to their menstrual period. Symptoms can vary widely but often include mood swings, irritability, fatigue, bloating, breast tenderness, and changes in sleep or appetite. These symptoms typically occur in the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle, which is after ovulation and before menstruation, and tend to resolve once menstruation begins.
The exact cause of PMS is not fully understood, but fluctuations in hormones such as estrogen and progesterone are believed to play a significant role. Other factors, including stress, diet, and lifestyle choices, can exacerbate symptoms. While PMS is common, its severity can differ greatly among individuals, with some women experiencing only mild discomfort and others facing more debilitating symptoms. For those severely affected, approaches may include lifestyle changes, dietary adjustments, exercise, and in some cases, medications or supplements. It’s always advisable to consult with a healthcare professional for tailored advice and treatment options.
Lecithin is a natural substance that is found in various plant and animal tissues, primarily derived from soybeans, eggs, or sunflower seeds. It is a phospholipid, which means it contains both a hydrophilic (water-attracting) and hydrophobic (water-repellent) component. This unique structure makes lecithin an excellent emulsifier, which allows it to blend ingredients that typically don't mix well together, such as oil and water. As a result, it is commonly used in food products, cosmetics, and nutritional supplements to improve texture, stability, and shelf life.
In food products, lecithin can be found in a wide range of items, from chocolates to baked goods, providing a smoother mouthfeel and enhancing flavor distribution. Additionally, lecithin plays a role in promoting better absorption of certain nutrients in the body, which has led to its popularity as a dietary supplement. While lecithin is generally considered safe for consumption, those with soy allergies should opt for alternatives like sunflower lecithin. Whether you're a home cook looking to improve your dishes or someone interested in the potential health benefits, understanding lecithin's versatile uses can enhance your culinary and nutritional knowledge.

Less discomfort
I take Lycetin with indole, evening primrose oil, and green tea. After a month, I've found the effects to be excellent: my premenstrual syndrome symptoms are notably reduced, my chest no longer hurts before my cycle, and my mood is more stable. Lycetin is high quality and affordable, and I recommend it as it is made from sunflower rather than soy.

Balanced menstrual cycle
I always have this lecithin at home! It is made from sunflower, not soy, which is important for men and those with AIT. I've observed from personal experience, as well as with my 16-year-old daughter, that combining lecithin with inositol has the most beneficial effects on the menstrual cycle and effectively eliminates PMS symptoms. While on straight inositol, we still showed slight PMS signs, but with lecithin, we felt no discomfort at all. My cycle has normalised remarkably well!

Enhanced blood circulation
Since I started taking this, my blood circulation has improved significantly, including my PMS issues. I also take it alongside vitamin E for even better results.

Health improvement
Lecithin is fantastic! I take two capsules each morning with my husband. Personally, I've noticed a significant improvement in my health, and my PMS symptoms seem to have diminished notably. The only downside is the size of the capsules; they are rather large and can be a bit challenging to swallow!

Easier periods
Perfect! On the advice of my nutritionist, I take this regularly with my husband, two capsules once daily. Personally, I find it much easier to manage my premenstrual syndrome and critical days now.

Relieved PMS symptoms
Excellent! I bought this lecithin as the egg one was a bit pricey, and I’ve found that it effectively alleviates my PMS. For many years, I anticipated the discomfort leading up to my period, particularly in the first two days with severe pain, but since starting this product, I’ve noticed significant improvement.
